Refund Policy: For services rendered and appointments and workshops booked we have a no refund policy.

Cancellation Policy: Once a service is booked, it cannot be cancelled. If possible, we can arrange to reschedule the appointment. However, this is not guaranteed and depends on availability. We reserve the right to exercise our best judgement in this case. For workshops and activities, cancellations will not be made.

Online Booking Policies:

1. Booking Deposit: The deposit amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellations or no-shows for both workshops and appointments.

2. Payment: The remaining amount will be collected before the workshop or appointment begins.

3. Workshops: Workshop bookings are final. They cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another workshop.

4. Appointment Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Punctuality: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, or you may forfeit your appointment entirely.

6. ​All cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
